A digital invocation.
The track begins not with sound, but with a suggestion — a pulse behind the eyes. It emerges like a signature being written backward, then forward again, glitching between the two.

Mephistogrammaa is a cipher.
Its bass is hollow yet tense, like breath held too long in the chest of something that shouldn’t breathe. The rhythm is asymmetrical but purposeful, like the tapping of fingers waiting for a deal to be signed.

High metallic elements flicker like sparks off a grinding wheel — they tease the edge of collapse but never fall.
You may hear laughter in the distortion, or just the pressure of being watched.

“The whisperer in chrome.”

A ticking clock, disassembled.
AZOZIEL pulses in mechanical shivers — a glitch-tock rhythm, fractured and persistent, like time trying to correct itself inside a broken mirror. Metallic shimmers arc across the stereo field, catching light then vanishing like blade reflections.

Whispers live here — layered, coded, not quite human.
They don’t speak to you. They speak through you.
Each syllable a cold breath on circuitry,
each silence longer than it should be.

This is not a track.
It’s a presence encoded in stuttered time,
emerging in the vacuum left behind by Mephistogrammaa.

AZOZIEL is not malevolent.
She is simply inevitable.

“Where reflection becomes fracture.”

This is not a mirror you look into.
This is a mirror that looks through you.

The Red Mirror begins with silence that feels too loaded —
a stillness that presses, like a held breath before breaking glass.
Then: textures arrive. Shards. Fragments.
Not melodies — reflections of melodies,
disfigured by latency, reversed tails, delayed pulses that ripple inward.

Imagine a beat trying to find itself,
looping around its own reflection
until it tears.

High tones flicker like blood in glass —
gleaming, artificial, almost sacred.
But they distort on contact with bass that creeps from below:
a low-end presence like a grin forming in shadow.

There’s something theatrical in this piece —
as if a forgotten ritual is re-performing itself
inside an abandoned theater of velvet and wires.

You are not safe inside the Red Mirror.
But you are not yourself outside of it.

Every now and then they get together for a lunch break. 
Trash talk some movie, or TV, or streaming.
Rodney and Jason and Sean – they all clean halls. 
If you listen close you can hear kids screaming: Film School Janitors!

You see, after twenty years of cleaning up after film students, they’ve learned something – most movies are garbage.

So whenever their lunch breaks align, they catch up on the latest Hollywood has to offer.

In between taking out the trash, they’re talking trash.

I am Artur Tokhtash, a composer and sound artist.
My music unfolds at the intersection of classical tradition and sonic art: preludes, improvisations, and electroacoustic structures are not genres, but forms of memory and breath.

For me, sound is ritual. Each piece is not merely a composition but a trace of presence, an echo of vanished spaces, a light from places that may no longer exist.
The piano, in my preludes, becomes a vessel — an instrument that carries not only melody but also the silence between notes.

My works do not function as background. They are spaces for listening, inviting the listener into a state where music becomes both signal and transformation.
