Conquering Self-Sabotage & Overcommitment with Dr. Morgan Nolte

Echoes of the Struggle" is a song that reflects the shared history of resilience and hardship experienced in both Africa and Haiti. The song draws on the historical connection between the two, rooted in the fight for freedom, self-determination, and the ongoing struggles against oppression, poverty, and instability.

In Africa, centuries of colonization, exploitation, and the fight for independence have left scars, but also forged a strong spirit of unity and perseverance. The song paints a picture of people rising from the ashes of exploitation, with voices of their ancestors calling out, urging them to continue the fight for justice, dignity, and peace. It acknowledges the challenges of modern Africa—economic inequality, political turmoil, and the fight against corruption—but also celebrates the richness of its cultures, languages, and resilience.

In Haiti, the echoes of the struggle resonate through its history as the first Black nation to gain independence from colonial rule, following a successful slave revolt.
