This is a short meditation, 10 minutes, to help you to relax and calm your mind. You can do this short meditation anywhere. It's amazing when we focus on our breathing how soothing and calming it can be. You may find as you focus on your breath and you calm your mind, your breathing slows down. I try and do this meditation at least once a day if not twice. The more you do it more sustainable the benefits are. It's about making it a habit, weaving it into making it part of the way we live.
