Wat doe je als er een sloopbesluit ligt voor een complex? Wanneer communiceer je dit? Hou één basisregel aan: aanraken is zetten. 

Vaak leidt een sloopbesluit tot uitstel of afstel van gepland onderhoud. Ontstaat er daarna toch twijfel over sloop, of besluit je het complex wat langer aan te houden? Dan kan er zomaar 10 tot 15 jaar voorbijgaan zonder substantieel onderhoud. En dat leidt tot onvrede bij bewoners. Dit is een situatie die je liever voorkomt.
