The Ukrainian-born musician, globetrotter and influential event promote.  As the visionary father of UBK beach club, Kyiv's largest river island venue, Ro Rousseau aka Curva Peligrosa has been at the forefront of the city's vibrant music scene.
Since 2016, Ro has been the driving force behind the Hedonism Festival, a celebration of cutting-edge music that attracts artists and audiences from across the globe. 
As of 2024 being a part of Do Not Sit On The Furniture family spreading his musical flow across the US, including DNS (Miami), MODE club (Miami), Mad Radio (Miami), Gypsy Sofa (NYC) and countless Burning Man gatherings.

Ro's influence extends beyond the stage as an active member of the Ukrainian burners community, contributing to the unique atmosphere of Kurenivka Camp at Burning Man. His passion for the burner ethos is set to ignite a new chapter at Black Rock City.

In response to the current crisis, Ro Rousseau has channeled his efforts into organizing charity events and fundraises across the US to support Ukrainian artists and people affected by this terrible war.

Reptilian Business Records's co-founder Da Iguana comes back for his 2nd EP on the label, with a 4-trackers giving a glimpse of the endless possibilities of merging different music genres. (RKT) Reptil Kumbia Trance is a psychedelic mixture of latin elements (dembow rhythms, cumbia percussions), reptilian sound design, and trance inducing textures. Synthetic sounds meet recorded instruments such as both acoustic and electric guitar, bass, kalimba, percussions, and field recordings. Each track is delivered at a different tempo, from dub to techno, blurring music genre frontiers into one same approach. Convinced that distortion and well-used dissonance are pillars of psychedelic music, he is a real aficionado of "almost out of tune" melodies and off grid beat components. Always looking for a non-linear approach to repetitive music, this release is one of his closest attempts to give life to music originally perceived as synthetic.

Das Wochenende mit Parkettverlegen und dem Aufbau des neuen Kickers für die NB 2025 verbracht... Deshalb musste jetzt mal der Montagabend für den ersten musikalischen Vorgeschmack oder auch Einstimmung herhalten... Der vollgepackte und späte Montag zeigte sich ab dem letztem Drittel  hin und wieder in nicht ganz sauberen Übergängen... Könnte schlimmer sein.... 😅
Für ein spontanes drauflos auflegen ohne Plan und on the fly recht stimmig denke ich aber 🙃
Ein Soulful Techno Set - von 108 - 117 bpm (viel Vocal, Deep, Electronic und Indie) - um ein paar schöne Depeche Remixes gebastelt, die immer mal wieder erinnern, wo der Toyo herkommt.... ❤️  
Am Ende haspeln ein paar Übergänge, glaube ich... .. Kaffee war alle 😂
