Amok Sun is the moniker of Silviu Iosif, a UK-based independent music artist and visual designer. His sound fuses emotional depth with precision engineering—where IDM, techno, and drum & bass collide with design-level detail. With roots in alternative and psychedelic rock, Amok Sun now explores the cutting edge of modern electronic music.

A former UX designer and researcher, Silviu approaches music like a system—structured, conceptual, and self-contained. He handles every aspect himself, from composition to visuals, crafting a unified artistic identity.

Recent highlights include Held by Silence, Pathfinder (with Spacey Panda), and the full-length 233°C. He’s released with TITAN Music (Melbourne) and Berlin’s Beta-Time Records—continuing to push underground electronic music into new terrain.

DJ Jonks is a music producer and DJ who blends modern production techniques with timeless influences. A lifelong music lover, his journey began in the 1980s with the crackle of his first vinyl record. From spinning tracks on local radio to DJing at gigs throughout the decade, he built a foundation in rhythm, energy, and crowd connection that still drives his sound today.

Although he specializes in 80s-inspired mixes, DJ Jonks is equally versatile across genres — from Hip-Hop to House, EDM, and everything in between. Now, with the help of the latest tools in music production, he crafts songs that fuse nostalgic vibes with fresh, contemporary beats. His music pays homage to the classics while pushing into new territory — always created with a passion to move both the heart and the dancefloor.

SINCERE IMPOSTER is an intimate collection of artists exploring a curious mixture of New Wave, Dance, EDM, Folk Rock, Metal, Art Pop, Electro, Dreamwave, and Experimental World Pop. Collectively, this is known as QUIRKPOP — music that pushes the creative limits of traditional pop.

Expect an unpredictable journey through sound, emotion, and humor, where genres collide and pop bends in strange new ways. Each song is conceived, composed, and performed with total sincerity, whether it’s built from voices, instruments, software, or hybrid experimentation. The focus is on the music itself: if it resonates, it resonates. No explanation required.

SINCERE IMPOSTER is curated by two musicians, both living within the same body, sharing a singular existence. They identify as Danielle & Dave. They are both psychologically and musically confused, yet extremely and unapologetically sincere.

Influences range from Weird Al and Nathan Fielder to David Lynch, Rosalia, Monatik, Atarashii Gakko!, Rammstein, T-Pain, and T-Swift. 

Danielle & Dave’s favorite inventions include the vacuum and the peach pitter. Their father is simply known as Vessel… who may be an entity or a god.
