On this episode I’m joined by Liam McKahey and Davey Ray Moor for a deep dive into Cousteau’s self-titled debut album from 1999. Cousteau were formed in London in the late 90s when singer McKahey from Cork hooked up with songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ray Moor from Canberra. Cousteau’s self-titled debut album was released in 1999 by the small UK indie label, Global Warming. After an appearance on Later With Jools Holland the band were signed by Chris Blackwell’s Palm Pictures. The band’s debut single ‘The Last Good Day of the Year’ became an international hit and the band’s album was re-released. Cousteau toured the world eventually selling a few hundred thousand albums. Johnson thundered against the religious world of false prophets and everything that called itself religion. 

Every statement he made, he backed up with Bible, giving the chapter and verse—not his thoughts and ideas. The apostles' doctrine was given from God to his chosen apostles; you can hear Bishop S.C. In that day, many, many eyes were opened and souls saved because of this Bible salvation; and deliverance is still in the land now. For you who love truth, you will count this gospel a blessing. God is faithful.

God Almighty be thanked for the gospel left on record for our learning, that we might obey the word of God and continue stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine. Here you will hear sound wisdom, excellent judgment, and a perfect knowledge in the one way to God without anyone adding or taking away from what Bishop S.C. Johnson preached by the Holy Spirit. Hear ye him, and consider, and the Lord give thee understanding in all things. The king David prophesied that, "There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard." "Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world." - Psalms 19:3-4 | Apostle Paul said: "But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world." - Romans 10:18 

May God bless you, that you might understand the knowledge in the mystery of Christ, that was given to the latter day apostle Bishop S.C. Johnson, for us all.
