Dynamo is a work for wind ensemble, commissioned by Jason Fettig and the University of Michigan Symphony Band to commemorate the 90th birthday of their Director Emeritus, H. Robert Reynolds.  This performance is the world premiere.

The Information Age is a piece for wind ensemble, commissioned by the Pacific Symphony Youth Wind Ensemble and the Cal State Fullerton University Symphonic Winds.  This recording is from a live performance by the Cal State Fullerton group under their directlr, Dr. Gregory X. Whitmore.

Redemption Ride is a forward-leaning, soundtrack-style gallop of a wind ensemble piece.  It started out as the fourth movement of my orchestral work THOUSAND MILE SUITE.  It was crying out for adaptation to the world of winds, so here it is.  This recording is by Michael Butler and the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point Wind Ensemble

Light the Night Sky

ACCELERATION is the third movement of THE TIME TRAVELER (4-movement suite for Wind Ensemble). The four movements are an overture, and then one movement each for The Past, The Present and The Future.  ACCELERATION is the movement for The Present - an audio portrait of the fast-paced, ever-changing world that we live in.  It features a whole lot of hyperactive riffs flying around, and has some especially crazed work by the percussion section.  This performance is from a concert by the Cal State Fullerton Wind Symphony under their director Dustin Barr.

Inspired by the spirit beliefs of the Plains Indians, "In the World of Spirits" represents the energy, terror and drama in a world of pure being.
