Currently residing in North Philadelphia after a short-lived enrollment at Temple University where he founded the "Hungry Ghosts" collective in 2011. He's shared stages with GhostFace Killah, M.O.P., Mobb Deep, Smiff-N-Wessen, Cannibal Ox, and Kool A.D. Rocked out at The Philadelphia HardRock Cafe warehouses, festivals and University events at Temple, Drexel & UPenn; and been the subject of upwards of 20 Cultural studies and presentations for students of multiple disciplines. 

O.H.M and Hungry Ghosts have performed with the likes of Philadelphia greats Peedi Crakk, Dice Raw of The Legendary Roots Crew as well as New York o.g's Buddha Monk (Producer of "Brooklyn Zoo" by O.D.B) and the Zu-Ninjas. O.H.M has also been featured in Philly mags "JUMP", "CRED" and even "The Temple News". "

Cess Citizen has spent five years writing his thoughts, feelings, and conclusions. This is how CESS CITIZEN has come to be a recording artist: one who looks past the normal oppression and into the characters and themes that make up the turmoil. The impact of his recent release, ‘Falling In Style’ is a vivid illustration of how Cess’s writing process finds balance in a chaotic world – working in conjunction with instrument based music, each song’s message is received either quickly or later with a powerful realization. Continuity is heard throughout the album’s musicality and lyrical elements that hold true to the ongoing theme of the album, which is growth and responsibility.
