After relocating from Spain to home town Bristol, MINTY has established herself as a selector of underground bass music, mixing Dubstep with other sounds of Grime, Breaks and beyond.

Since starting her journey DJing in 2018 she has played for the likes ofDeep Medi, Croydub, Sector Seven, NASS Festival, Eskimo Dance and more, alongside undertaking radio residencies and appearances for the likes of RinseFM, Subtle, Swu Fm & Noods.

Having first started her journey in a Grime collective known as ‘Wine n Grime’, MINTY is alsothe founder of Bristol based brand W8E Recordings, taking inspiration from Bristol's underground music scene and love for Sound System music. Expect her setsto be filled with newer weighty sounds.

ZamZam #24 is our third release featuring Copenhagen’s brilliant Hieronymus, and his first on a solo expedition.  Deep 80-90 bpm nod-factor dubwise is the mission, and Hieronymus powers up the jeep for a journey through ancient plateaus and dry Martian river valleys that you won’t want to end.

Hieronymus’ solo works inhabit their own sonic realm and play by their own rules.  As home with rub-a-dub and 80s digital as he is with roots dub and dub techno, Hieronymus brings his strong personal aesthetic to each and every track, never losing himself or his vision in this arcade of musical touchstones.  

Haunting melodies, crushing rhythms, intense frequency control & spacial awareness,  and a deep preoccupation with nearly-tactile textures characterize his utterly unique take on classic dub principles.  Analog processes layer hiss and grit over and through spectral sonics that sound like they came straight from another dimension.  Timeless, original music from a modern master.

Joining Sir Ebral this month on Reform Radio with a sublime guest mix is veteran producer/DJ and Dubstep originator, Cessman, who most notably crafted one of Dubstep's biggest anthems "Kalawanji" alongside fellow veteran Kromestar during their days as a duo called Terrafonix. Over the years since then, Cessman has steadily crafted hit after hit through the many different sounds Dubstep has to offer and in 2024 returns with his label, Dubliminal.
