Today we premiere the track Mon Flingue by Nice Guise, from the new release of the belgian imprint ESITU records. This piece is an audacious experimental journey with a post-punk aura,  distorted textures and a rhythmic pulse.

In the uninspiring corners of open-space offices, and administrative work, some employees find a space for resistance and creativity through subversion and sabotage, against the anger generated by the neutral and cruel absurdity of the corporate environment.

In this compilation, Nice Guise engages with transpersonal subjects such as mental health, work place abuse and sexuality. For the past two years, while touring through Brussels with their abrupt live performance, Nice Guise has been fostering collective experiences where repressed personal emotions get to be shared on the dance-floor.

Nice Guise crystallises their ongoing activity with the collection Candid shots. Like an aggregate in the orbs of the post-punk movement and the remnants of the Dada avant-garde, the band presents studio sessions, concert recordings, and sonic residues on the same level, thus making poor material their inspiration.

Today we have Dee Dee's Picks, a label from Amsterdam run by super talented artist Déandrah, presents their latest release: "Ethereal Realms - All Fiction is Metaphor" by Marie Delprat. We are really happy to premiere an ambient/minimal synth piece, "Ouverture," explores deep themes of identity and existence.

Marie Delprat, a French musician based in Basel, draws from various musical cultures to create hybrid projects. Her new release delves into questions of self and the human condition, inspired by Ursula K. Le Guin's novel "The Left Hand of Darkness." Through a blend of narration, music, and commentary, Delprat examines what it means to be human and a female performer in a post-humanistic world.
