You made a very nice evolution of the theme.

Biggest impact with the repetitive theme at the start, but this track is all about those percussions - so many variations and exciting moments, well done!

Most effects are Ableton Live but there are some Pro Q3s, Pro L2s and a Pro MB, a few Soundtoys effects - Echoboy Jr and PanMan - and Zeek's STFU.

This is the 529th consecutive weekly Disquiet Junto project. The number 529 is what happens when you take the number 23 and multiply it by itself.

Considering the number 23 here...
Three percussion tracks, of 23/4, 23/8, and 23/16.
One percussion track, of 23/8, with a bouncing ball algorithm for repeated fading midi notes with Mass and Gravity set to (sensible multiples of) 23.
One 4/4 loop, trimmed / stretched to 23/8 (I think!).
One 23/8 synth part, with two sends into Replika XT for a tasty wash.
And since Psalm 23 is the lovely "Shepherd" Psalm, I used two Shepherd Tone tracks to flesh out the tonal structure.
Finally, to tie in the 23 - the track title Zygote - human zygote formation is the moment whereby a new 23+23=46-chromosome human potential lies from its parents. Evolution at work...

Probably the simplest piece of music I've made. 3 tracks of the same static noise, offset slightly in pitch to create a phasing effect. Resonant filters fade in and out over time to create a chord with shifting emphasis.

My wrist was hurting as a result of poor sleeping position choices - hence the title.  Every sound here originated with either my breath or the wind and no wrists were harmed during the making of this musical number.

My entry for the 141st edition of the OSC, a track made only from the Monoplugs synth Monique and some free effects processors. It started out as a tribute to the Ozric Tentacles and turned into an 8-bit dnb soundtrack to Street Fighter II: Tweety-Pie vs Godzilla.

Entry for OneSynthChallenge at KVR. Every sound was made using the synth Vital - yes, including the vocals.

Entry for the January OSC at KVR (hardware month). All tracks made using Arturia's Jup 8V emulation of the Roland Jupiter 8.

Zany Undergrad - OSC143

Meet Rand, a synth that really won't behave itself. When you open it up, there's one button that randomly resets all the parameters. You never know what you're going to get. 

Okay, so you can go under the hood and tweak things, but they never stay tweaked. It's frustrating and yet also quite stimulating. This effort is an attempt to embrace the randomness - every time the track is rendered from the DAW, it comes out slightly differently. 

So imagine what the others must have sounded like.
