Starting off the new season of “time:stamps” on @stegiradio with my dear friend Viell as a guest who took the idea of the show to heart and got creative with the concept of shadow work. I also took this opportunity to go deeper and darker and create a double episode where our two worlds meet ✨ first hour by me for a dubby/bassy build up and second hour by @vielltlaloc for a bouncy trip.

Viell is an Athens based dj and producer who tries to make a reflection of the trance states people go through by translating it in psy tek elixirs.

“Shadow work is the process of discovering and integrating parts of yourself that are repressed or hidden.
In our times,as the world is constantly changing and societal enviroments are becoming even more and more fast-paced it can be hard to slow down and delve into a deeper understanding of who we are. Coming to terms with neurodivergency is another thing.This mix is about what it feels like living with chaotic thought patterns/a chaotic mind.It is an attempt to map the grief that comes with losing parts of yourself while on your path to self-discovery that nobody ever really talks about.

PS.The transformation of mental states can be upsetting as it is not linear.The thing is,it was never about linearity in the first place.It was always about embracing fluidity and liberating yourself from mental constructs that no longer serve you. xx “
