When you’re young, falling in love can be complicated. I wrote this song about that experience people have during a break up, when there’s no reason to hate the other person even though you want to. You just wish that they’d hurt you so it’s easier to tie your heart back together.  I’m so proud of how this song turned out and I hope you enjoy it.

Taylor Marie is a local country folk singer/songwriter from Rollinsford, New Hampshire. Currently Taylor Marie is a music therapy graduate student at Lesley University. She can be seen in the summer at local restaurants and events such as The Dover Art Walk in Dover, NH, the Market Days Festival in Concord, NH and other seacoast area events. In the Greater Boston area, I perform in the Seaport Farmers Market and the Boston Public Market in Boston, MA.
