This is the first installment in a new collaborative experimental concept album project that Stonerjazz and I have dreamed up! Thanks Uziel and Jeff for an awesome collab experience, this was so much fun!

Enjoy and deploy the decoy for the marvelous girl and boy with the dog with the bell who can tell it's a plot or a ploy for Roy the despicable despot in the mysterious land of ZED.
Sleeping in my bed like the dead with the fed who breaks down the door with the might of the law and a mechanized Saw.
Where pity is scarce and money is gone for good, misunderstood in mysterious days and weeks ahead
To be led to the spot where they chop off the heads of all those that disagree that the kids should be free, just around the bend from where the horses run free and there's barely a tree to be seen...

Johnny sitting all alone on a log playin his Magic Accordion just for the hell of it or so seems
that's when i did happened by and to my surprize, got sucked through a crack in time
and began to fly and fly and fly right on by the pillars of the guardians to the land of Zed
where Roy had painted all the monkeys and the parrots red, and turned them into spys Then declared that Music it was dead and put a price on young johnnys head for letting all the Flyers into Zed with his Magic accordian..

They were musician every one, with instruments of every kind making such a holy din and singing loud cacaphony and six part harmonies in the Sky...

Act 2

oh johnny oh johnny with that magic accordian.

hangin by a thread, i thought of somethin someone said
then slipped beyond the pale and walked amongst the shadows of the pine

I layered on a synth line that weaves throughout, and also added a low frequency line during part of the first half and a vocal synth accompaniment for a few bars later on.

Thanks for the collaboration Jeff! This is different than anything else I've done in the past and was a very cool experience.

I make tracks primarily with Cubasis and Korg Gadget (iOS); Ableton Live; Korg and Moog softsynths, Volca Drum, Minilogue XD, Arturia Microfreak, Arturia Pigments, and the FabFilter Pro suite of effects and production tools.
