TEAM :C: DEATH is a collective made up of Kyst two alter egos, :C: is kyst Rap alter ego who enjoys rapping with a dark undertone mixing elements of 90's gangsta rap and modern rap and speaking on the different struggles he has experienced in life. kyxst other alter ego is Lil Emo who sings songs of heartbreak and showing of his soft side he takes influence from pop punk, post hardcore, grunge, and 90's punk mixing in modern hip hop elements. kyst labels his music as GrungeWave a term coined by him, it means that GrungeWave is a mix of grunge style lyrics (depressing, complaining about life) as well as grunge in the beat such as using a sample or using electric guitar as well as adding a mix of modern "mumble rap" slang, lyrics and beat.
