Quantaloop are the new ambassadors of the underworld, taking you down their psychedelic wormhole to the swampy caverns they intrinsically inhabit. Combining demented, de-tuned melodies, with glitchy atmospheres and loose yet intricate drum work, they create a beast of epic proportions. Having blown us away with their wholly psychedelic 'Fully Aware', we wanted to give it the full remix treatment, inviting label stalwarts from all over the spectrum.

One of our label's secret weapons, Ewake, took the spacious and moody vibe of 'A Fairy in the Forest' and twisted it into a bonafide psychedelic dance floor crusher. He harnessed the depth of the original to create an entirely fresh, unique take!

Carrying on god's work of spreading the deep, psychedelic, electronic sounds is the French minimal tech virtuoso - EWAKE !!! 

Ewake is a deep and psychedelic techno project born in 2012. The main purpose behind it was to share a moment of peace, freedom and inner self discovery whilst dancing to warped out electronic soundscapes curated by Pablo Ragot. The musical intention is to blend together the magic of different type of sounds and to shatter the perception we have of  dance music genres. All whilst Ewake perpetually looks for new vibrations to bring a rich and unexpected journey to the dance floor. 

He has quickly become a SixthSense favourite, as he is by far one of the most diverse artists we know amongst our tight knit worldwide group of psychedelic sound dwellers. His releases on various labels such as Techgnosis Records, Blind Arc and his own label Sub.Conscience Records have been a regular feature in our residents sets, as well as an amazing example or reference for producers in our scene to gain sound design inspiration from. 

This SoundCast has everything from deep tech, minimal techno, subtle house inspired grooves, through to our favourite sub-genre, psychedelic techno.
