The Drip EP brings together four distinctive producers and one set of sounds - The Drips. The result is a compilation of 4 tracks that bring the swing and sampling of some of Accidental Jnr’s finest to produce a soaking wet dancefloor.

First up is label boss Matthew Herbert with a trademark groove that harks back to his Wishmountain moniker albeit found lurking in the swamp. Cosmo Sheldrake takes a slight departure from his usual multi-instrumentaling live-looping avant-folk to deliver a track that could only be described as travelling circus aqua-techno. Bahraini born, French / US bred and now Edinburgh dwelling video game builder, sound designer and sometime Scottish league football referee Yann Seznec opens the B-side with an absolute stormer of a rain drenched club hook. Sussex based producer Crewdson and builder of such electronic instruments as the Eggiophone and Concertronica closes proceedings with a drizzling evolving 2-step number.

This mix tape contains some of my favorite techno tracks of all times. Dating from an era when there was no Facebook, no Twitter and no Soundcloud. An era when you still had to leave your house to buy music, when Arnold Schwarzenegger's picture was still on DJ Hell's label designs, and Jamie Lidell was still doing techno. 
Some of you might know this mix already, but I'm putting it out there again to show that this is timeless future techno. From the past.

Future Techno from the Past

Man is not a nature, he does not tolerate emptiness. Once he get in the void, he seeks to fill it. He fills it with visions and imaginary sounds, if not able to fill it with something real. And sometimes the result is absolutely wonderful.
Founded by Sacha Mambo and Guillaume Des Bois, Macadam Mambo is an unpredictable label from Lyon, active for more than 7 years. This new release confirms its impeccable and eclectic taste and vision to the music - brilliant blend of cosmic krautrock, experimental rock, psychedelic road trip into the mind of Ashinoa, band project leaded by Chris Poincelot aka Abschaum. Something that could be the perfect soundtrack for a desertical road trip, or in the middle of a dark forest, or maybe while driving fast, but anyway to be listened really loud. Vinyl and digital release, out on April 29th.

DUE TO THE GREAT PANDEMIC OF 2020, EVERYONE'S PLANNED WORLD TOUR HAS COME TO A HALT. PRESENTED HERE IS A UNIQUE TIME-TRAVELLER MIX RUNNING OVER 2 HOURS LONG. While the months pass by in this difficult year, my urge to stand on a dancefloor again is increasing exponentially. I find it hard to believe that events as we knew them, won't take place anytime soon. Personally I solve this by hoping small scaled events will be organised to safe the scene and listening to a lot of music. 
For this matter, I recorded another extended self isolation edition with many of my personal favorites from the 80s till now. A journey to provide myself and you the joy music can bring while we are waiting to meet again at our beloved parties. 
Stay strong, better times are coming. This one is from the heart.
