DJ Meditator (Fasal Rahman) is based out of Kerala, India. Growing up in the southern state, his first influences in music were the local band sets of annual feasts and carnivals at the Pattambi Mosque situated in Palakkad.
From an early age, he used to experiment with instruments like the cello and sitar to create small pieces of musical sounds juxtaposing with different background scores. He discovered electronic music in 2018, in which he was immediately immersed and started experimenting with little pieces through the resources available to him. Later on, he inclined towards the psychedelic genre style of music and started composing various styles of experimental music pieces which are meditative, hypnotic sounds.
Fasal's style fluctuates between groovy & funky psy Later on, he started his major productions in psychedelic music focusing on genres like hi-tech, psy dark prog / techno. His first session started in 2022 and since Fasal seems to find no limits to BPM in his journey.💥
