Deep basslines and hypnotic sequences create a stream-like movement that pulls the listener into the shadows. Designed with both drive and subtle detail, this track delivers an immersive experience that transforms the dancefloor into a state of trance.

Chemiztri Recordings welcomes B.A.N.G! for an uplifting piano house track with a nod to the old school. There's the fabulously soulful vocal original and a stripped dub option to make this a vital new offering.

This latest gem follows a string of big singles in 2020 such as the disco house B.A.N.G!-ers My Escape and Hypnotised, the mellow, soulful Stick Around and most recently another piano-based anthem Feel The Love In You. There's also been a resurgence of previous B.A.N.G! releases, such as the 2019 epic Climb and Hey You! following the January release of the Traxsource-featured compilation album Chemiztri Disco, and now he builds on that momentum with another slice of magic.

So Good is a playful, full hearted tune with a lush piano line and plenty of real energy. The drums hit hard, the chords bring the colour and the vocals explode up top in fine fashion.

This is another sure fire hit for all.

Mario D'ambrosio is next up on Frame Music with a new two track EP that showcases his rich sound. The Italian is UK based with ties to labels like Klangwerk and SK, and now he ups his game once more.

Opener Inner Balance is a deep tune with a rugged bassline, crisp hits and lush synths. The whole thing is a subtle builder with deep grooves that gets you in the zone. Then comes Work Out on strong nice kinetic drums that power forwards. The prickly beat is overlaid by more gorgeous laden synths, and get you into a hypnotic state that never lets up.

These are two classic tunes for sure.

Hot Creations continues its 2021 release schedule this February with a four-track EP from Josh Hvaal. Getting Better sees the UK talent return to the label, fresh from releasing his maiden EP, The Sound, on the imprint in March last year.

Josh discussed how the release reflects his style, stating that: “The EP gives you a very rounded view of my sound. I’m really excited to be back releasing music on Hot Creations, the label really feels like my home and I couldn’t be happier!”

Basic leads the charge and takes no prisoners as it goes, pairing rapid kick-hat combos against layered vocal tones to create Josh’s signature late-night sound. Getting Better comes next, blending a retro acid vibe with an up-tempo lead bassline before the near six-minute Oi takes the form of a heavyweight techno number. Tiptoe brings things to an emotive close, showcasing Josh’s eclectic style with drawn-out chords and percussion-laden breaks.

Josh Hvaal has become a household name in the contemporary house sphere in recent times. It was in March that the young UK-native achieved a remarkable feat: releasing his debut EP on Hot Creations. Such an achievement didn’t go unnoticed, with industry heavyweights soon playing his music in the form of Joseph Capriati, Andrea Oliva and many more. Releases have since followed on Yousef’s Circus Recordings, Malgado’s Distortion and Hot Creations’ offshoot Hottrax, standing him in good stead for another successful year in 2021.

“Bueno Me Piese” is the brilliant EP from the talented artist Nōpi out of Ukraine. Each of the five tracks are beautifully sculpted from precision programming crafted around orchestral instruments and palettes.

Alongside organic and mystifying drama, Nōpi’s range ignites a vivid story laid out from the title track, to the intensity of “The Land”, and whimsical “Belle Fiesta” and “Road to Babylon”, and capped off with the floating air of “Sunrise Water”.
