We’ve invited many artists and introduced them to you over the course of this podcast, so we thought it would only be appropriate to introduce you to the creators of the project for a b2b of considerable strength and funk : Kairos and Dress.

Originally from Ypres in the north of Belgium, Michiel Demeulemeester (known as Kairos) has been mixing for the better part of his adult life. Consistently navigating between genres since his beginnings, he bases his selection on mood rather than style and this has led him to play varied sets across his country. 

Moving on to the other deck, there is Dress. The Dress project started a few years ago to regroup multiple ideas being spread thin over multiple aliases under a singular name for my productions and DJ sets. The productions are characterized by employing resampling and sound destruction using a mix of field recordings and synthesis for moody ambiances and sometimes driving cuts. 

Together, Kairos and Dress created Umtzi Bumtzi, which is a small event collective / DJ duo based in Ghent playing around Belgium for more light hearted and vibey music to take down the tone a little bit.

Obseth es el nuevo proyecto de Víctor Alvar, joven productor y dj nacido en A Coruña.
Después de unos años en los que se música ha sido apoyada por numerosos artirstas de la escena, Víctor nos descubre la cara más visceral del techno con su nuevo AKA. Sus producciones están basados en sonidos crudos y ritmos rápidos, una fusión que nos transporta al techno más underground.

Tras un 2022 en el que hemos podido ver sus trabajos en numerosos sellos de la escena nacional e internacional, actualmente podéis verlo actuar frecuentemente en diversos locales de la escena gallega.

Oliver Rosemann es un DJ y productor de Leipzig, en activo desde los años 90.

En sus comienzos, Oliver se movía por la escena de Leipzig, donde tocó numerosos sets en vivo a principios de la década de los 2000, incluso en el 1040, uno de los clubes legendarios de la época. Se orientó fuera de la escena local y trató de colocar su música directamente a nivel internacional. Tras la colaboración con MasCon llamada "dualit", tuvo primeros grandes lanzamientos en sellos como Earwiggle, CLR o Fith Wall Records, además de algunas actuaciones internacionales. 

Poco después, Oliver lanzó un EP llamado "Pointing from the Moon" en Earwiggle, sello de Sunil Sharpe, siendo este una señal de partida para numerosos lanzamientos posteriores.
Hasta la fecha, hay cerca de 180 pistas y remixes, incluidos 3 LP, publicados en sellos como MindTrip, MORD Records, Warm Up Recordings, Pole Group, Stockholm LTD y muchos más.

Otra colaboración prometedora llegaría pronto, pues Pfirter y Oliver comenzaron a producir mano a mano en 2019 y presentaron su primer "Alpha EP", un conjunto de 4 pistas lanzado en MindTrip Music en 2020 que fue todo un éxito. 

Oliver también está presente en el escenario, y tanto actuando en  "Live" como en "Dj set", sabe cómo crear una atmósfera oscura, emocionante y extática en las pistas de baile.
Ya lo ha demostrado en clubs como Tresor, Distillery, Institut für Zukunft, About Blanc y otros países de Europa.

En 2021 fundó su propio sello discográfico Recorded Things, que ahora dirige junto a Sebastian Rothermel. Aquí, su sonido, que produce o pincha, es formativo y refleja el tipo de techno que representa. 
¡Uno de los últimos lanzamientos en Recorded Things es una colaboración más entre Oliver y Alexander Kowalski!

Seven Techno tracks spanning groovy rhythms to darker realms. Each track is crafted with raw sound originating from hardware, and grooves built meticulously from the ground up.

The first three tracks explore familiar Techno soundscapes, subtly inspired by nature, while the remaining tracks venture into more experimental grooves, yet still remain true to the Techno aesthetic.

This album will be released on Diffuse Reality on the 15th of December.

Venezuelan born Berlin based Hyperaktivist it's been shaking the scene in and outside Berlin with her characteristic energetic sets, oscillating between faster Techno and House with big influence in the 90's and old school tracks.

She started working for the development of club culture in her native Venezuela since an early age, where she co founded SOLO the first club dedicated exclusively to electronic music in her hometown.
After finishing a degree on Mass Media and journalism she relocated in Berlin where she did a diploma in sound engineering at the studios of the infamous Funk Haus and were she continues working for the
development of electronic music as a resident and organiser of Mess, Mindful Electronic Sonic Selections a forward thinking club night with a focus on women and transgender artist from diverse cultural backgrounds, dedicated to the celebration of diversity and supporting DIY club culture around the world happening at Ohm and her newest, Mala Junta events with a focus on old school faster/funky techno.

Since selected as one of the Shape Platform for innovative music artists in 2016 she's been touring around Europe playing both festivals and underground spaces such as: CTM in Berlin, Uh Fest in Budapest, Amsterdam Dance event, Insomnia in Norway, Off Sonar in Barcelona, Skaņu Mežs in Riga, Red Bull Music Festival in Moscow and Brutaż in Poland, Cxema in Kyev, Herrensauna in Berlin, Fast Forward in Copenhagen to name a few.

You can find her playing from Tresor’s closings sets to the Berlin’s most renewed clubs bringing her characteristic energy and commitment to the dance floors, merging genres with ease she takes influence both in her time spent in Berlin and South America.

Dilemma Podcast #016 Zadig from Rouen (France) @zadig-construct_re-form One of the leading names in Paris’ contemporary scene, Zadig is one of the main forces responsible for
the return of the City of Light to worldwide prominence as a centre for forward-looking techno. A
participant in the ‘90s French rave scene in the hardcore and acid days, Sylvain Peltier found his true inspiration with the arrival of Mills, Surgeon, and Beltram and labels like Tresor, Lost, and Synewave and the techno that his style remains rooted in to this day. 
After moving to Paris in the mid-2000s, Zadig became quickly involved in the beginnings of what would become the present-day Parisian upswing making an early release in 2006 as Day is Dying on the Rouen-based Euro Visions label.
In 2009 he returned, this time as Zadig and this time to stay, quickly forging a relationship with the important Syncrophone label and distributor in Paris.
There has not been any looking back since, and as Paris’ techno scene continues to rise from the ashes of the early 2000s to the vibrant, world-recognized heights it now occupies, Zadig has made essential contributions to this ascendancy. 
Starting in 2011, he launched his Construct Re-Form label, which has
gone on to a residency at the legendary Rex Club and continues to debut and support bracing new French talent like Antigone, Voiski, Birth of Frequency, and Zadig himself.
His own discography also continues to grow, with releases on the reknown Deeply Rooted House in 2013, the New York-based Chronicle, Children of Tomorrow, and continued support from Syncrophone, as well as compilation appearances on Tresor, Reclaim Your City, and Studio R°. As Zadig’s reputation as a leader in the French scene has spread, he has gone on to play numerous dates around Europe, with appearances in Berghain and a deepening relationship with Tresor, at both Concrete and the Weather festival in Paris, and worldwide in New York and Argentina, alongside scene-leading contemporary talent and legends like Scion, Rødhåd, Peter van Hoesen, DVS1, Inigo Kennedy, Samuli Kemppi, Jonas Kopp, Johannes Volk, Shifted, Lucy, and many more. 2015 saw the debut of his Unforeseen Alliance live collaborative
project with label mates Voiski, Antigone, and Birth of Frequency, all of whom have moved on to increasing success as both Zadig and Construct Re-Form have gained recognition.
With Paris’ resurgent club scene blossoming to worldwide attention not seen since the ‘90s, it is the dedicated efforts of those like Sylvain Peltier who have helped to bring about this revival and continue to
lead it to new heights. As Zadig, as a label head, as a DJ, and as a central figure in its continued growth, he is an essential figure in its present and a leading light for its future.
