Being active for over a decade, AADJA is a DJ, vocalist & producer well versed in curating her vast palette of old school and new age soundscapes into unpredictable and high energy sets. This is exactly how she keeps swarms of people at the raves betrothed until the early hours of the morning.

Born in Newfoundland and currently based out of Toronto where she was exposed to the beloved warehouse culture that helped shape her as an artist and also led to her eponymous residency at Format. 

AADJA is now one of the most highly sought after DJs in Toronto and has been booked to play alongside some of the most celebrated names in techno including Marcel Dettmann, Amelie Lens, Oscar Mulero, Derrick May, Ancient Methods, Function, Headless Horseman, Mike Parker, Perc, Sterac, Courtesy, Scuba, Henning Baer, Anetha, Hector Oaks, Reeko and Volvox.

Besides being an active member of the Toronto circuit, AADJA has also performed at the iconic Synoid party at Griessmuehle in Berlin. 

On the production front 2018 also saw her debut release on the esteemed Belgian imprint, Coincidence Records. In 2019, AADJA is set to release more original music on both vinyl & digital and is ramping up for one of her busiest years to date.
