TM8 Q: What tune would you walk down the aisle to (if ever)?
A: "I’ve never really imagined walking down the aisle; the image itself never belonged to my thoughts. But if I think of it as a symbol of union, a crossing into something new, a merging of paths and transformations.. two tunes come to me: The Sound of Silence and Scarborough Fair by Simon & Garfunkel. They both seem to hold that delicate balance between melancholy and hope, love and magic.”

Transformation, intuition, and connection; these are the feelings that inform Qi’s story-led sets and productions. Crafting immersive and ritual-inflected sounds, the Armenian artist and @crudeberlin resident blends deep, fast-paced rhythms with atmospheric textures, creating moments that move both the mind and body. Inspired by natural phenomena, ancient echoes, and the alchemy of sound, Qi’s signature shines in her mix for us and stretches beyond into her 
label and storytelling platform, @siooqh.
