TECHAST 016: Jhojho

The young man from Essex LA SAM (Samuel Webb) quickly fell in love with London especially brick lane with going to underground raves and clubs such as 93 feet east, Public life and camp watching acts such as Richy Ahmed and Russ Yallop.

Just 17 at the time he saw it as an escape from coursework but at the age of 20 he and his friend Lewis Aldridge decided to become LA SAM. However a first gig at horse and groom for East Project, Lewis was a no show and Sam carried the flag for LA SAM and always will.

Fast forward nearly 3 years he has since earned the privilege of playing at massive venues in London such as 93 feet east, Lightbox, Ministry of Sound, Egg and many more. He has also played at WE ARE FSTVL the past 2 years and 2 previous London residencies with East Project and Riddled. He isn't just a DJ, Sam also produces with tracks released on Code2Records, Crossworld Academy and Maintain Replay including a solo 3 track EP "LOVE Club" (Maintain Replay) released earlier this year.

He may not be from L.A. But LA SAM definitely has raw talent and is perfecting his art, who knows what he's destined for....
