A minimal-driven ride from this emerging Denver artist, Flaming Olive flexes everything she loves about the genre on this mix. Even though it's mostly one style technically speaking, there's still a sense of exploration and a variety of sound to be enjoyed here. From fluttering pads and atmospherics to percussion driven bumps and funkier territory covered as well, she keeps things moving through the different sides of her favorite style throughout the set. Trey, a native of Norfolk, Virginia, found his passion for the tech house, house, techno, afro house, and electronic scene holistically after living in Europe for two years while serving in the U.S. Air Force. 

Every weekend he would leave his base and head to London to party at the most popular clubs like Studio 338, Egg, Fabric, etc. He would travel to Ibiza in the summers and immerse himself in the white isle, partying at Hi, Amnesia, DC-10, and Pacha.

Trey's only mission is to ensure people have a safe, fun time grooving to his tunes.

Cocophony is a Denver-based music project and has brought together his love of music and creativity in a project that spans all genres of music. Having grown up learning piano and how to sing, performing for live theatre and musicals, and inevitably jumping into the world of technical production, Cocophony strives to bring unique, immersive experiences with his creations, whether they are based in audio or visual or a combination of the two. Particularly keen to media that acknowledges the duality of our human experience and the grey area that lies upon the thin line between the two sides of the coin (the edge of the coin, if you will), you may hear everything from lofi-horrorcore to ancient future to hip-hop house to drum and bass in any of his mixes. Cacophony means "a harsh discordant mixture of sounds." Cocophony strives to find the beauty within the chaos.

What is this word "Dendritic?" Merriam Webster defines it as such: adjective - den·drit·ic | \ (ˌ)den-ˈdri-tik- : resembling or having dendrites : branching like a tree. There was something about learning this word that stuck with a young college freshman taking environmental science and starting to learn how to mix electronic music on vinyl in the early 2000’s. It seems that this is the natural shape of growth in our world; many things branch out this way, and so would the young man’s music. Since the beginning, a variety of musical styles and moods of dance music has always been a key focus of the Dendritic repertoire of sound. You can expect to hear everything from minimal and deep house, breaks, trippy playa tech, tech house, dirty bass house, occasionally techno. Moving through different styles and sounds gracefully, with purpose, is an artform this DJ/aspiring producer takes seriously and continues to master.

After spending many years living in Austin, TX and becoming established as a solid music curator and technically focused DJ he made his move to Denver, CO in 2013. Years of going to shows regularly, continuously releasing new mixes, and building a home studio, have led to the artist more commonly known as Leo becoming established in the Colorado area as well. Most notably, he has shared the decks playing in support of Atish, Ardalan, Bruno Furlan, m.O.N.R.O.E., Qrion, Trikk, Yotto, and Tim Green. Continuing to DJ and share music, learning music production, and teaching others how to mix are what drives this dedicated creator.
