Road High feat. Sinthetic and Dash Murph

I started a few terrible punk bands in the very early 2000s (Violence Under Pressure and The Lunchbox Bandits) and a metalcore band (A Day 2 Late).  All three bands performed as opening acts in the Fredericksburg, VA area.  But whoa...we were pretty awful.  In 2003, I started recording mostly on my own.  "Ex Libris Deus" was originally the artist name I used; now, it makes more sense to fold that work into my portfolio as "Terminus Vex".  The Terminus Vex moniker came about as I searched for a handle that conveyed both meaning and mystery - in Latin, "terminus vex" can mean several things.  Most of the hip-hop that I've recorded has been released under the TV name, though there may be one or two recordings floating around out there under the name "Mr. Kiasma".  My musical preferences run every which direction.  I love Charles Mingus, Nine Inch Nails, Aesop Rock, Thrice, Atmosphere, Swollen Members, Grieves, Social Distortion, Rancid, The Rolling Stones, and Deadmau5 - out of that stew, I create what I can.  Literature and history play a role in my work; you can frequently find me reading military history, economic analysis, and speculative fiction (Phillip K. Dick, William Gibson, and John Scalzi, by way of example).
