I love this one Terry. The complex instrumentation works as one to create the mood. Your vocals add the final rebuke with a killer punch.

Always a pleasure to hear your cello Terry. Because I love the sound so much and cause its real, so no need to hide it a little like my keyboard sample, I would to have prefered all the cello parts louder in the mix. For everyone else its perfect. Just the sound of a cello......ooh er Mrs! Fab drive to the track. Great harmonies.

This is wonderfully eclectic and is 'disturbing in a good way' that makes you sit up and think. Whatever message we take from this will be worthwhile. The drum rhythm feels primative (or even pagan) and the cello feels like a lament with the vocals more folk-like with a comforting warmth and humanity. Great work Terry

This one began as cello with a 3/4 waltzing, twirling dance drum rhythm (dancing to demise?) and a droning synth. I love the sound of the cello and though I don't add it to compositions very often. I was asked to record a cello for another artist on SoundCloud and dusting off my cello and practicing got me in the mood. This took lyrical shape when Kevin found words to run a melody with. Ominous and moody. Is "Too Late" a statement and assertion, or a question? I like a bit of that ambiguity. Choose your own adventure.

Firstly on easy listening 6/4 bars, I cut some notes out of the main theme so as to give it dynamism, and finally obtained a prime amalgam of 17 quarter notes. I hid any recognizable thing in the accompaniment, and for the organic lines (voice and guitars) I tried the strong rhythm would not fix too much the melodies, first paying a lot of attention, and finally ... just letting me go.
