The period after summer mid implies a lot of expectations
we are free like birds - but what shall we do
it is important that we are friends  - the whole time
we are so tight - when we are going to have fun
this is however a wonderful time

There are so many, many things that may go wrong in the beginning
the cat has disappeared - and noone has a clue 
where he might be - we are so worried - where is the cat
and the dog began to howl - he doesn’t like his cage at all

We start the old car and drive - to exciting destinations
it is crowded in the car - and what is happening there 
the kids are fighting - and we don’t know, what’s it’s all about
and we have to stop - very frequently for to pee

I Just Want To Be Too Love

Patrick/DjArtw2001 (@djartw2007) and I are glad to present our new track, "Early Morning". It is an extended collaborative version of my original composition released about a week ago, "Thinking of You" (https://soundcloud.com/alexander-mihailov-96713983/thinking-of-you).

The initial track was composed in GarageBand iOS spontaneously in the early morning of 19 September 2024, then mixed and arranged in Logic Pro on 29 September 2024 and released by Alex M here on SoundCloud on 19 October 2024. The subsequent composition by Patrick/DjArtw2001 as well as the accelerated tempo and the final arrangement and mix for the collaborative version was completed on 19 October 2024 in MAGIX.

The artwork cover uses a photo I took on 26 October 2024 (in the autumn forests near Marlborough, Wiltshire, South England) and annotated with text in MacOS Preview on 27 October 2024.

The house is frozen
The silence crying out
The ether is broken
The heathen is devout

A floor that tells a tale
Rug misshapen and moved
A knife that tore the vail
Blood runs still and removed

A cup lies empty and fallen
Betrayed of glugs and sips
A love that died in silence
Upon these cold lips.

Rain smacks the haunted window
Wind rushes warmth away.
Food still cooks and crisps, by the looks
Whilst all the while you lay.

You look up at the beam
The wood so old and strong
Dead but just so rested
As to hold the house so long.

At home producer of electronic tracks in varying styles - I really enjoy experimenting with melding different genres. 
Been writing songs since the mid 70's whilst playing bass & drums in various bands (the first one was a punk band) and digitally writing since 2006. Retired now, so much more time for having fun with music :) It's just a hobby for me these days; Soundcloud is just a great place to share music & connect with people who have the same interests. I'm a British-American Electronic musician by the name of Nathan who currently lives in the Pacific NW. ... Sometimes I take extended Social Media breaks for my sanity. Lol! 😅 ... So if I ever miss responding to a comment or returning a follow, it's only because it's hard catching up when I've been gone a month.

I play vintage synths which I've had for decades(because new ones are expensive. Lol!), but in the last couple of years I've been working much more with DAWs (which is awesome because my fingers don't work as well as they used to), with the occasional flourish from my aging synths.

I'm influenced by all varieties of electronic and electronic-adjacent music from 1960s/70s - 2020s, not to mention a bit of Prog and Metal, and Jazz Fusion. 

My focus tends to be on Trance, Ambient, Synthwave, EDM, Synthpop, EBM, Industrial, Darkwave, Futurepop, and the occasional hint of Jazz Fusion. (Sometimes all in the same track).

That's what happens when you're hooked by the Doctor Who Theme at a young age. ;-)  

I'm not always entirely sure which subgenres many my tracks are closest to, So I try to pick the broadest and most dominant one for the main tag. The first row of tags are the other ones I reckon they're closest to, and the rest are an assortment of other related tags, some closer than others.
