This song explores the good and bad in all of us.  We're all incredibly complex beings, and we all live with our internal demons.  The lyrics regarding a fly buzzing around an incandescent are a tongue-and-cheek reference to The Exorcist movie.  :)  There's a balance that we all try to maintain; some fail, some exceed,  but the vast majority of us live in the middle ground, the grey.

A song that touches on the realm of mental health and how we need to help break down the defence of such a powerful illness. It’s not a box to tick or a problem to solve its far more complicated than that. 
If theirs someone we love or just someone we know or even a complete stranger just shine a little light into there corner. This will let them now they are not alone and we are here to talk and help. 
The song as been recorded with live instruments remotely and me and Sarge  we would like to thank the musicians who got involved.
Sarge as produced, played several instrumentals and liaised with the other musicians to make this happen. Enjoy
