Michigan based electronic music label, Kaiseki Digital, brings onboard London producer Thugwidow for their 71st release. Known for his airy breakbeat productions ranging from the low to the high end of the bpm spectrum, Thugwidow really knows how to set the atmosphere with his tracks. Foment is one of them, an ambient drum and bass track with cleverly laid out drum breaks, classic dub wobble bass, and melodics that jump in and out of the track teasing you and keeping you engaged as the track progresses. A perfect track to listen to when your alone and want to reflect. Goddess will be available on Bandcamp February 8th.

The next EP on our label comes from @Kahter aka Cameron Carter, a Bristol based DJ/Producer from South Devon.

Coming from a musical background he has grown up performing and learning various types of musical instruments, which has stemmed and innovated his knowledge to become a creative electronic music producer. His genre doesn't sit perfectly in one category as pushing the limits of experimental bass music is his only intention by creating sounds that came from the influences of Techno, Grime and Dubstep.

In this release he explores the dark & hard hitting sounds of low end UK Bass/ Techno music delivering two tracks made for those intimate dungeon-esk low ceiling venues where weird sonics engulf dimly lit rooms.

Opening this release you’ll find two fast hitting club weapons; “Jigger” with its consistent percussion and spacious steamy pads allows for a room to breathe and be filled simultaneously throughout the track whereas “Quire” takes the more full on approach using a gatling gun effect with the kick drums, screwing up even the most conventionally peng punters standing in its path.

Today you can find Kahter in the darkest of clubs of his hometown of Bristol supplying the largest of bass heavy rhythms.

Our last release for 2019 comes from a formidable newcomer to the bass music world. It is with great pleasure that we welcome Stafford-shire originated, now London based producer Debba with a home for his first ever debut EP.

First heard via Minor Science's debut Boiler Room, this EP has an already weighty backing from L U C Y, Darwin, Madam X, Ganesa, Jossy Mitsu, Klose One & Formally Unknown to name a few. 

This debut EP is a rapturous, dense & eerie blend of UK Techno/ Breaks showcasing Debba's understanding of club culture. As he enters the music industry with these 2 flawless tracks set under his belt, we can't wait to see how his talents will reward him in 2020.

Originally born in Staffordshire’s county town, Debba relocated to the south-west of the capital only a few years ago. Undertaking a bachelor’s degree in sound production, the 24-year-old producer/DJ promptly immersed himself amongst London’s vibrant coterie of accomplished talent.

Although a relatively new figure on the circuit, the London-based producer has already made his festival debut appearance. Performing at governing UK music festival Boomtown last summer, Debba was situated on grass-roots backing, innovative music-tech company Pirate Studios’ festival stage, alongside a multitude of industry figureheads including; Skream, Plastician and Addison Groove.
