The Ring

Live studio recording of the loose affiliation of musicians know as Voodoo Llama based in Boston's south shore region.  The session took place on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Front Porch Studios, Abington, MA, USA

This album of songs was recorded in the style of the classic series of albums released by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band called Will The Circle Be Unbroken Volumes 1, 2 and 3.  The style is marked by live in-studio performances with no overdubs and all flaws and flubs left-in.  The style also includes fly-on-the-wall between songs chatter among the musicians, allowing for a "you were there" kind of feel.
