Liquid DnB holds a special place for me... and because of that, I wanted to curate a set that was full of feelings, would welcome the new day in a beautiful way, and also end the festival with some ✨✨ magic ✨ ✨. I was honestly so grateful to have been booked in for a sunrise slot and knew exactly what I wanted to do with it. Inter.Sect Music & Arts Festival is a really lovely festival in Northern Alberta and I'm thankful to have been a part of it this year. Known for diverse sounds and head nodding beats, That Anton will have you moving. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, and now a “Vancouver household name,” his musical style is full spectrum. Hip hop, trip hop, downtempo, reggae, house, world beats, and all manner of bass music are all in his repertoire. All of the above are blended skillfully and sprinkled with a healthy dose of turntablism. It’s easy listening for the discerning ear.
