This track is a track that hits closely for me. Last year when I wrote this track I was not only starting to feel mentally numb, but physically numb as well due to the stress of my career, internship, and my perception of being overly stressed out and overwhelmed. I would feel a tingling numb feeling in my arms and nose and a general feeling of anxiety that I managed to overcome by last summer. This track is an expression of how I felt.

Lyrically, it is quite simple but works well to express my feelings and how music truly helped me overcome this numbness and anxiety.
