The Betts is an Indie Rock/Post Punk Revival band comprising of four like-minded rascals with the same common goal of getting people to dance and let loose with every note we play.

Falling Feathers owns a unique vocal quality, a bright and 
cut-through vocal tone that can be immediately recognized 
as his own. Not only does his music consist of compulsive 
hooks and relatable narratives, his songs also envelope the 
conventional emotions of day-to-day experiences in a 
copacetic kind of way. Coupled with his jovial personality, 
Falling Feathers definitely puts a smile on the faces of 
anyone who listens.

I'm a singer-songwriter from Singapore, also go by the name 'myqo', and previously the guitarist from The Regular Expressions. I'm writing and recording songs in my spare time because I feel that it is important to capture these fleeting emotions and thoughts at different points in my life, and crystallize it into a neat 4 minutes song. If I don't, they are forever lost (and that is terrible isn't it?)

The chief influences of my music taste are The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Blur, Pulp, The Smiths, Radiohead, Interpol, The Strokes, The Horrors and of course, The Arctic Monkeys. Favorite local (Singapore) bands are Humpback Oak and The Great Spy Experiment. 

I want to write more songs about the sights, sounds, and soul of Singapore. Do let me know if you want to collaborate on some songs!
