Aves is a digital piano concert that tells the story of life through the lens of a lonely bird.

I always feel the need to create some piece of music for birds, as they are nature’s original musicians. In this digital piano suite I tell the emotions, curiosity, and experiences of a bird throughout its life. Each piece is dedicated to a different time of day. 

"Aurorae" is about the dawn; The dawn chorus of birdsong that has been persisting for millions of years. The chaotic mornings of large flocks and murmurations. All the same things we experience yet in a different context.  
"Post Meridiem Pluvia" is about a rainy day, one drowned in not just rain, but thoughts and emotions.
"Nox" is about lonely nights and dreams, as well as anxiety.

While these all sound like human experiences, many living things share these experiences to varying degrees, especially birds. There are many anecdotal stories in each piece I tried to tell, so I hope those listening are able to find meaning amidst the music.

I'm so excited to finally drop a piano solo record and this one in particular as long as it's the most challenging thing I've ever done as a pianist!!!
Back in 2021 because of my jazz degree final exam; my dear teacher German Kucich sent me this crazy tune and challenged me to transcribe it!
I immediately fell in love with it, so I started right away just with my phone cause I was out of town hahahaha...
During the last course year I transcribed every single note while GK guided me on interpretation nuances and trained me to get that og Brazilian swing!
It was a crazily beautiful journey and I can't be more thankful for him to have been the best piano mentor I could ever ask for!
So after a year of work, I got to play it live as part of my degree concert together with The Big Blind Trio guys and I can't actually manage to think I did it nowadays!
I found lately this oneshot midi recording from one of my trainings and I went crazy about it; so deff wanted to share it!
Also shout out to my man @mirko_nisenson for lending me his smooth virtual piano so that it's not the craziest piano tune with the crappiest piano sound ever lmao.

snare society: Secret Santa is a multi-week long event hosted in our discord server. members signup to take part, then get split into teams of 2, everyone being paired with partners at complete random, neither teams knowing who gets who. Team 1 is tasked with creating a sample pack within the span of a week, while Team 2 has 2 days to make whatever they want with the provided sample pack. we ended up with 30 FREAKING EPIC TRACKS that range in genres and styles.

with this comp we also tried out something new, that being a cover art challenge, where everyone was given 2 days (during the song creation period) to create their very own cover art to be used for the cover art, those submissions then being voted on by fellow snare citizens to decide on a winner. (there were only 5 submissions this time around LOL)

A blind producer? Like: Blind blind?
Yea! Shanti Vega AKA The big blind barely sees and he makes music with a frenetic talking computer!!! How the hell he does it? IDK ask him…
With a jazz piano training, a classical music background and a soulish passion for electronic music; this artist brings a take on the EDM scene that incorporates elements from all genres, but being none of them at all.
Based in Spain; he shows quite a versatile career as a keyboardist and producer; oscillating from all kinds of electronics to pop & rap vocals, acid bebop soloing, smooth jazz piano arrangements or even all improvised Avantgarde music.
He also leads The Big Blind Trio: A band project that covers from the roots of blues and modern forms of jazz to electro-acoustic arrangements for the electronic music pioneers such as Koan Sound, Haywyre or Savant:

He made his first appearance with his ‘Looking For Soundland’ project in 2019: A record conceived as a film without image; and then focused on studying the professional jazz piano degree in the EMC in Madrid; earning experience as a live performer in varied formats like ambience smooth jazz for background in formal events, jazz fusion dance bands, big band, duo comping singers and even leading his own jam session (The big Blind & Friends) as the resident musician. He also participated as a keyboardist and arranger for studio recordings with projects like The Estupendos or Chris and the Beats.
After finishing his studies in 2021: He got more serious into producing. Getting to work on the music for some of the most promising Spanish artists like Edna Free, Sol Bontempy, Paraíso Calero or Granuxi; while continued his personal experimentation with diverse electronic genres.
In 2023, he signed his debut album release with the brand new emerging label @wearesilkenwood with a whole vocalist project himself: His Unrequited Self Love Story LP! A full length album that oscillates from the hardest forms of bass music to the mellowest harmonies. And he have also recently released on other well known labels of the underground such as @intrinzic-music, @phono-records & @novelchapters

‘My biggest goal in music is to fuse the sound possibilities of electronics with the freedom of jazz improvisation, the transcendence of classical music, the easiness of pop, the punch of hip hop and maybe also the rage of rock? Who knows where this journey will take me hahaha... Wish me luck!
