Using the Shamanistic traditions of North America to illustrate right relationship to the invisible, energy realms of existence, Avatar Adi Da urgently calls everyone to overcome the addiction to the false doctrine of materialism. Full Recitation/Discourse Description:  

On April 20, 2001, gathered with a group of His devotees, Avatar Adi Da Samraj recited two essays that He had just completed within the preceding week: “Truth and Religion” (in which He examines the fact that no religion can claim to be the exclusive revelation or “owner” of Truth) and “The Self-Evident Falsity of the Search for Changelessness” (in which He describes the fruitlessness of the ego’s motive to attain a changeless state). 

In the Talk “There Is Only One Self-Evident Reality and Event”, Avatar Adi Da expands on the themes of the preceding two essays—by examining the Inherent Nature of Reality Itself (beyond body, thought, change, and presumptions of any kind). 

The two essays, along with the complementary Discourse Avatar Adi Da gave that night after His recitation, were adapted by Avatar Adi Da for inclusion in the Epilogue of His Text Eleutherios.
