Instruments: soundscapes, field recordings, random sessions, synths and samplers, bass and bells, sequencers and DAWs, tapes and tubes.

Unearthed in Manchester late 2013, The Elasticated Fossils are a progressive rock project with three core members; Joe Lythgoe, Andy Greenwood and Chris Gallagher. The music is all original and designed to take you on a journey that may feature collaborations from other musicians along the way. Our aim is to be as open as possible musically with large doses of melody without the fear of being experimental. Sit back, close your eyes, listen to the music and enjoy the journey with us.

I'm Mithlach. As a hobby, I like to write and record rock songs, which I'm presenting on this channel. I hope you'll like what I made. Please let me know what you think of it in the comments.

For some of the tracks (the ones marked with 'Instrumental Version'), I included the lyrics in the description. Unfortunately, I'm really dissatisfied with my voice. Lliam Greguez is a macro ice photographer who captures freezing moments of a mountain stream and a creative arts therapist who, before C-19, used music to engage chronically ill children in five hospitals around New York City.

He also unlooses his experimental tendencies with five albums - a pair of Acoustic, a pair of Electric, and one Ambient. 

The acoustics are: Other People’s Children in English and La Yola in Spanish, the latter written by Dominican artist Luis Días. Each showcase uptempo acoustic music that could be labeled anti-pop with a unique essence accompanied by deliberative lyrics.

Then the two rock albums also contain one by Luis Días and one by the trio "Any of Several Weasels" reveling in the electric guitar sound. Luis' album is driven by Caribbean rhythms, while AoSW fuses punk and progressive.

Meanwhile, the "Look of Utter Disbelief" explores synth, sampling, and guitar improvisations.

Hell'Oh !! I'm Wonky Joe !!

I sing, I write, I compose and I produce music.

Initialy, I'm a metalhead, fan of Marilyn Manson. But I had nothing to make music.
So I decided to make music with some everyday objects like jars of jam, ironing board, dishes...
Until I discovered sequencers... They have changed my way of making music.
I've also had a band experience. Unfortunately we disbanded but we've all learned a lot of stuff.
As for me, I have realized how important it is to work with various musicians because of motivation, inspiration and many other reasons...
That's why I want to collaborate with many artists as part of their project or mine.
Because I think freedom is priceless, I decided to start a solo project : The Wonky Factory.
I want to experiment differents genres and ways of making music. I also want to imagine some strange and delirious stories wich can be linked together through this project.
That's why I call it like a "factory".

Streampower gibt es schon seit 2010. Damals als Schülerband mit coolem Namen gegründet ist die Band seither zusammen mit ihren Mitgliedern erwachsen geworden - der Name ist geblieben.

Knapp vor der Pandemie wurde nach einer längeren Kreativpause die EP «Sunnebad im Untergrund» veröffentlicht – die ersten Aufnahmen aus dem eigenen Keller-Studio und gleichzeitig die erste Episode eines grösseren Projekts mit dem Namen «Erkundig».

Nun ist es endlich soweit und «Erkundig Episode 2: Usbruch usem Iimachglas» erscheint online, überall (https://linktr.ee/streampower). Die Reise wird unbequemer, abgründiger und brachialer – ein auditiver Ausbruch aus dem Alltag und dem Gewohnten – eine ausufernde und zugleich nachdenkliche Abrechnung mit der eigenen Begrenztheit in einer komplizierten Welt. Streampower has been around since 2010, when it was founded as a school band with a cool name. Since then the band has grown up together with its members - the name has remained.

Just before the pandemic, after a longer creative break, the EP "Sunnebad im Untergrund" (“Sunbath Underground”) was released – containing the first recordings from their own basement studio and as the first episode of a bigger project called "Erkundig" (“Exploration”).

Now the time has finally come and "Erkundig Episode 2: Usbruch usem Iimachglas" (“Exploration Episode 2: Outbreak from the Preserving Jar”) is released online, everywhere (https://linktr.ee/streampower). The journey is getting more uncomfortable, more abysmal and more brute - an auditory escape from everyday life and the familiar – a rampant and at the same time thoughtful reckoning with one's own limitations in a complicated world. Full of tears and doubts and with a good dose of cynicism, it is nevertheless a determined departure for new adventures. Are you coming with us?
