It's only when you accept the full error of your actions, and publicly admit your guilt, can you ever seek to ask or receive forgiveness.

This was written as if through the eyes of a jaundiced older artist who is (probably unfairly) lambasting the younger generation as not being up there with the likes of Nick Drake and Tim Buckley (or even Jeff Buckley)
