Samosa has had a fine year in 2020 and still has time to squeeze out one more vital disco offering. Following on from afrocentric Souldynamic and C. da Afro releases for the 19th volume of their VA compilation, this time drafted in is Mexican producer The Funk District who serves up four dazzling gems. High energy sounds, 70s film references, Latin flair and cosmic disco all feed into these tracks which are packed with bristling good times, feel good grovers and plenty of hands in the air moments. For us, 'La Rapina' is straight Latin dance floor gold that takes the EP's top slot.

La Fusa

Already as a child, the German born Italian developed her passion for music. In her teenage years she already acquired her first turntables and vinyls, from then on she burned for funk & disco.

Soon after, she began to turn the first records. From now on, the music was the focus and the first gigs began.
The sensitive record selection of La Fusa has been reflected in her Dj Mixes and in her productions for 5 years.

Due to her unique and unmistakable musical style, she was already able to make a name for herself in the international area in 2019 through a small European tour with Funkyoubookings.
The talent and the incessant burning love and passion of La Fusa did not remain undiscovered for long, so that she has attracted attention through various invitations in international Radio Shows and is now an integral part of them.

She played in Hamburg, Münster, Dortmund and Bielefeld as well as in the Netherlands and last but not least France.She played there alongside various well-known artits such as Al Kent, The Funk District, Dirty Old Vinyl, Dj Vas, MikeandTess, Chevals and many others.
There are no limits, so you can look forward to many big projects in the
future.
