it's just grey round here, i feel like all the loves been lost, i'm just tryin to pick up all the pieces of my life where i left them off.

i can't help but feel this is God's plot, if this is his lesson i wish he would just let me off,

i can't borrow anymore time from my youth so it's best forgot.

I'm doing 9-5 and working.

but i can't help but feel my heart hurting on a daily basis, I know it's bad but I told Mum sometimes I wish we would just switch places.

In the mirror when i look I see we have the same faces, that look of lost hope,

walking on life's precious tightrope and honestly man i feel i can't cope to manage the stress. I use alcohol, weed, cigarettes but the neverless it's weakend my heart. and i've lost hope in the future so I live in the past and i'm always feeling the strain.

i'm making fear based decisions tryin to limit this pain and I can't get over the fact i'll never see you again.

and i feel a bit lost now, like tears in the rain.
