Alla har vi under perioder saknat kvinnliga förebilder i vår närhet -förebilder som är några år eller karriärsteg framför oss själva. Vi upplever att äldre kvinnor oftare syns i mediala sammanhang, men att det är svårare att hitta inspirerande intervjuer eller artiklar om någon som är mitt i sin karriär, på väg upp. Vi tror att närhet och igenkänning är viktigt för att inspireras och utvecklas, och för att själv våga ta steget.

Tanken med Successas Podcast är att leta upp just de här kvinnorna vi saknat och intervjua dem. Vi vill höra deras syn på utmaningar och framgångar de haft och som vi själva har framför oss. Vi vill lyssna på deras berättelser och själva inspireras.
