The year is 2106 and twenty years have passed since Voyage 1009 made its maiden ascent into deep space in a bid to find extraterrestrial life in the distant Ardu Galaxy. As the shuttle approaches the periphery of the planetary system, it is suddenly engulfed by an undetected meteor shower. Distress calls go unanswered and their shouts into the cosmic jungle are met with only the silence of space. 
Unable to turn back, the crew must now face the cosmic astroid show at top speed as the murky red planets can only be vaguely discerned behind a flowing torrent of perilous galactic debris.

Once again, Invisible, Inc.  highlights the best of Glasgow’s psychedelic techno producers, with this new release from Krokakai aka Kyle Webster. Made of 4 sci-fi dancefloor burners, this EP includes an extended mix of Ardu 1009 (appeared on INVIC17 cassette compilation back in 2017), splendid hypnotic acid jam that features distorted saxophone from Jude Thomson. This rich stunning track just makes us want to go explore the recently discovered M87 black hole, headphones at full volume. Available via Invisible, Inc.  Rec’s Bandcamp on April 22nd.

They glimmered and flickered down below as he floated amidst the darkness. Up in the sky above Canary Wharf he gazed out upon a bittersweet city. That merry go round, it kept on spinning, endlessly turning in a cosmic blur which seemed as if it might never stop. This was London, a chaotic bubble in the midst of a dying kingdom, yet all of the lights kept shining brightly on. It were as if they'd been left on for him alone to wander upon the moonlit sky and reflect upon the place he'd once existed. That was it, it had to be. 

Calabashed are an assortment of musicians based out of London's Total Refreshment Centre. They are Maria Osuchowska, Donna Thompson, James Howard, Raimund Wong, Betamax  of The Comet is Coming, Joshua Idehen & Alabaster DePlume. Their music sits somewhere between jazz and electronica, touching upon elements of hip hop and underpinned by beautiful, cosmic poetry which deciphers experience and life in the city.

Their goal is to support local based musicians that are interested in unclassified electronic music."
