First release of 2024 on Fucanglong Files comes by the hand of Berlin's newcomer Zee Mon.

He delivers a 3 original track ep filled with ebm & new beat inspired music.
Heavy basslines, strong snares, raw synths and some vocal hints are some of the things you will listen.

And to make it even better we have 3 huge remixes.

Luca Venezia aka Curses delivers a heavier and acid version of You Better Don't. Imagine making that piano stabs even bigger, well Curses nailed it.

Then Moonoton takes the club cut What Comes Next and enhances it with a more club-oriented rendition. Pure heat!

Last but not least, our dear Jorkes reworks Ruina Rodeo and creates a new atmosphere and electro version of it. On top of that he adds a fantastic spanish vocal, as the artists explains it "yearning for a daddy to caress me". 
A lot of feeling poured into this one.

Cleaning up my computer and files I came across many tracks I've done in the past that are useless and horrible. Buuut I found a couple that I felt could work pretty well nowadays. Everyone is playing fast, so let's just go back in time to my hard drive 7 to 10 years ago and enjoy some 105 to 110 bpm tunes. Repetitive, groovy, heavy basslines and a good old snare.

Amongst the open armed greetings, excited laughter and lively chatter, she couldn't quite find her footing. It was as if there was an invisible wall she couldn't break down. She could hear everyone else but the words to respond weren't coming to her. How could it be that even surrounded by a room full of friendly faces and old friends, she felt isolated and alone... 

After a brief release hiatus during lockdown, East London party and label Snap, Crackle & Pop get things rolling again with an EP from cult Glaswegian post punk group Junto Club. Marking their second release for SC&P following 2016's Shiviana / Ikiryo EP which helped launch the imprint, The Alameda sees the band build on their distinct sound, crafting a more dance-floor focused sound by letting the synths and drum machines do the talking. On the flip, both tracks get the rework treatment from Gabe Gurnsey and Groove Armada remixer Fall Forward and longtime SC&P collaborator, Ombra International boss Curses, who steers 'Alone' into darker realms with a punchy, driving techno take on the original.
