This amazing first album from mysterious band ‘Keys’ is actually the result of collaboration between great talents : the hypnotizing synths productions from Benedikt Frey,the haunted and suave voice of Chris Cox and eclectic taste of Menqui. Composed with 8 pieces of slow-mo cinematic electronica, this cold blues LP is not made for the dance floor but for long desert walks or stories that don’t finish well. This song also features vocals from Dino Schanze, voice of BF’s other side project of  Dolphins. Out now, dig in - it is beautiful.

On their way home they'd taken a wrong turn, they were in unknown territory. It was deafly silent, something didn't seem right. The streets were plastered with old newspaper articles and Missing Person posters; people who, they imagined, were likely never found. This was the underbelly of the city, where the vigilantes and the criminals ruled the streets. You didn't want to be caught off guard in a place like this, you needed your wits about you. One false move and your fate would be determined... 

For their first release of the roaring 20s, Parisian imprint Global Warming bring together four artists with close ties to the label for a VA release of leftfield club cuts. EP curator and label boss Malcolm kicks off proceedings with bass-heavy kicks and celestial vocal samples, followed by Ouai Stéphane and Jon Beige's contributions, who add their own signature touch with frantic bass lines, intricate drum patterns and haunting industrial rhythms. Our pick of the bunch comes from Comic Sans Records and Antinote alumni Slowglide, who makes his debut on the label with chugging post-dubstep that could soundtrack the nightclubs of Gotham City...

Worst Records' hall of fame welcomes new faces around the pool for a 13-stages enlightened drama. You'll meet again with the top 3 podium made of A Strange Wedding, Jacques Satre and Christian Coiffure, all rensponsible for our first three releases, building up a mesmerizing, out of season mental workout. Extending the dimension of trance towards Saint-Etienne, Del.Duc brings on a curious yet serene astral travel, and we can also count on the distant reinforcements from the Toulouse Gouffre Club crew with Jan Loup and her glitch spangled hazy dub from far futures and the new trance comer from Bordeaux, Lazuli.
Special friends are also gathering here, as Myako is sewing on thin fabric a vaporous dub in shades of grey, the one-and-only master touki Théo Muller delivers a cinematic remedy to confinement.
Liberation through hearing, it is, as borders explode with the presence of many : Yin Yang Audio in a transatlantic IDM/break jump, Forest on Stasys (aka Mental Resonance) and his tough shamanic dance, Clemens Friedrich slowing down all senses at once and JEANS, boss of Oracle Bones, speeding us up in the hyperloop.
Finally, as teamwork means a lot, we have given the pleasure to open this compilation to the four-headed Lausanne/Freiberg hydra 4POTR and their cryptic transdimensional message, and the honor of closing this pool party to the 404 trio gem from Candoblé with a fine piece of wonder.

Not exactly your usual summer compilation, nor the hits you could imagine, but surely the music you'll need under the hot sun of 2020.
