After quite a while, Rodion returns with a new solo single. On LSD!
Rodion dismisses the romantic spaceman suit for a tighter and much darker number on his roman/german label Roccodisco, the house of the Alien Alien.

Just forget the refined and the sweet: this is basically creepy afterhours music, a trip too far gone through obscure and scary galaxies outside the Solar system.
The sound is 100% analog, druggy, mechanical uptempo funk: rumbling basslines, sheer and hallucinogenic synths on top of a seriously raw beat. This time Rodion’s voyage is a no-way-back one.

On the remix duty, we are very proud to feature the Argentinian duo DJS Pareja (Còmeme). Strong, rude, this version takes you to an unpredictable cruising on Planet Medusa. Call it nasty house, or electro macho, this is definitely the sound of a snake-haired nightmare…

Then, to complete the EP, we have Solenoid, one of the wildest Rodion numbers ever: 
a rapsody in gold where out-of-this-world melodies and geometric old-skool grooves melt in a bench chemistry orgy. qJust make sure not to miss it.

His eclectic and hyperactive personal style brings together experimental lo-fi pop with electronic and psychedelic elements.

Deep in the jungle was an ancient burial ground. Many had been buried here during the turn of the nineties but little had happened on the site since. Now, however, there was a commotion in the bushes. Once again the music played loud through the trees and the thud of drums echoed in the carnivorous caves. This was a cemetery for those which had been lost, those which have gone unsigned and to be forgotten to the depths of time. One day they will rise again but for now they would remain underground, the death of house. 

I'm A Cliche label boss Cosmo Vitelli returns following the success of his "Last Train To Marzahn" EP last year. He delivers four cuts of glitchy house and chugging enthusiasm.

After twenty years at the center of the electronic scene, the enigma that is Chloé still stands. While Chloé has long transcended her image as the “DJette” behind legendary club night Pulp, headlining the Rex as well as clubs and festivals throughout Europe, Endless Revisions represents yet another deviation from rigid genre classification, deepening the often-linear perspectives on current music. A rich and multi-faceted work, the artist’s captivating third album drifts from one mystery to the other, harkening back to philosopher Theodor W. Adorno’s maxim: “the task of art today is to bring chaos into order.”
Seven long years in the making, the follow-up to One in Other is only the third full-length by the artist, whose high standards translate into scarcity: “I did wait a while to make this album,” she confirms, “because I prefer not to impose deadlines on the full-lengths. To do so would stifle my creativity. Over the past few years, people have come up to me with interesting collaborations. I composed the score for Lidia Terki’s feature Paris La Blanche, worked with the Ircam for a live interactive installation, reinterpreted Steve Reich with percussionist Vassilena Serafimova... These opportunities forced me to leave my studio and encounter other people’s universes, which allowed me to grow. So today, I feel like I have new things to express.”
The time felt right for the producer to come up with a new opus: “the label was born out of a desire for emancipation, for self-assertion. Lumière Noire was the push to finish this new full length.” This third LP serves up Chloé’s music in its finest form – music that eschews the well-trodden paths of delight and seduction in favour of an experimental sensibility that puts motion before emotion. The title, Endless Revisions, refers to the constant work that goes into the gestation of the artist’s inner landscapes before they can be displayed for the audience. This sensory experience also serves as a mirror that she hangs for herself, each resulting track providing another step toward emotional equilibrium.
The idea with this new label, this new album, is to look towards the future.  This album represents who I am now, as I’m opening up to new horizons.”

The EP in question is 'Kappa Cygnids' and features two new tracks and as ever they are eloquently named and shrouded in mystical magic. 'Kappa Cygnids' is the lead track and is followed by 'Hyperborea' both tracks have Sinchi's signature sound and are backed up with two cracking remixes from Mexican producers Riglopolar and Roliva.

The noise was overwhelming and dense. It was somewhat esoteric yet had a fanciful sense of playfulness which ran riot amidst the green dense forest. The trees shuddered under the heavy weight of the sludge of drones as the cult began to gather and observe the sacred ritual they had spent so long in preparation for. This was to be the highlight of the year, the turn of the century in their own magnificent calendar and by the end of the night they would be the special ones. 

Sunmantra is set to release a new EP on Roam Recordings, it is accompanied by some exquisite remixes by the likes of Fabrizio Mammarella and Timothy Clerkin... The latter of who i'm sure you are already aware of...
