The idea of a remix of Emmanuelle was in the air, we liked the idea to go deeper into the concept of this quite iconic character which has been exploited in so many different ways in literature and movies. 
Emmanuelle’74 refers to the original movie released in 1974. 
The cover art is inspired by Voyeurism, Los Angeles 1989, Helmut Newton
The burning man is also close and we were all excited preparing all our personal Transfinity merchandising completely hand crafted.
We spend time in the studio painting t-shirts and working on the new Emmanuelle release: this track meant to be our last release before the Burn, before going back home in the Playa.

The wise words were haunting and poignant amidst the shadowy light of the red booth. The back room was where fortunes were told and tall tales were partial to debate. Seeking advice from a guru was no simplistic feat, it had taken many years for him to brave his fate. Now as he sat perched upon the cold, foreboding chair he wished he had never entered this space. There was a strong smell of incense which hung thick in the musky air, perhaps it was supposed to sweeten the strength of truth. He cared not for its weighty haze and the space, it crawled with ominous expectation and eerie memories. 

Sunrom is remixed on a new EP by an array of enigmatic producers - Matt Karmil, Pional, Marc Piñol and Dandara have all stepped up to the challenge. The release will be available from the 26th of January. Listen to the Marc Pinol remix.

John Talabot and Axel Boman teamed up in 2017 for their R&S debut ’The Night Land’ where they got to flex their creative muscles over eight tracks of rich synth jams.  

The two electronic artists have been independently successful in their respective careers, but as Pitchfork expressed in their glowing review “Their collective output doesn’t sound much like either’s work; it doesn’t even necessarily reflect the thin, convex sliver where their interests overlap. Instead, they’ve hit upon something new.”

This new sound also proved to be a hit with the likes of Mojo, Phonica, XLR8R, Self Titled and DJ Mag all including it their annual best of lists.

The artists have now handpicked four artists to create their own vision of the Talaboman sound.  
Superpitcher, Samo DJ, Luke Slater under his L.B. Dub Corp alias and Powder have all seriously delivered the goods.

Autarkic makes-up part of an unspoken alliance from Tel-Aviv, which is currently altering the state of contemporary house and techno music. Heavy Dreamer, the artist’s first, four-track outing on Life and Death, showcases much of what this bold movement is about, all while pushing it forward into progress.  

Ever-present tones of kraut and punk rock flow throughout the EP, beginning with Some Things To Keep, a pumping, warehouse floor-filler. Autarkic steps up to the mic, often re-amping and distorting his vocal delivery, placing it alongside finely-programmed keyboard riffs, tough drums and further psychedelia. Realistic Guru, the trippiest of the lot, is tailor-made for an early-morning DJ Tennis after-party excursion. Slowing down the pace on Powerhouse, Autarkic hints at moments of Bauhaus’ and Tones on Tail’s doom-and-dance pop, while offering-up a digital-only, stripped-down, bonus version. The title track stands as a testament to this new wave of artists, coming from the shores of Israel’s Mediterranean coastline. Bass, drums and guitar are recorded through bespoke boxes and presented through the lens of modernist club-culture.

For their sixth release London based record label and clubnight Snap, Crackle & Pop return with another slice of the post punk and kraut influenced electro/techno sounds that are coming to define the label. The latest release comes from Niv Ast and serves as a follow up to his appearence on last summer's Relish compilation.
"Disco Monroe" offers a nostalgic slice of pitched down French Electro undoubtedly influence by the Djs recent residencies in Paris.
