Kepler-129 presents: VSX005

"Beep Beep... Alert. Beeb Beeb. New planet detected, H-NRG on radar, attempting approach. Beep... Over. "

Because of its electrical appearance and high rotation speed, the planet H-NRG is in the TE1822 category of stars recorded by the VISOLUX probe. In other words, its rotation is so fast that gravity produces an energy field that causes stroboscopic and incandescent flashes.
The sound frequencies collected by the probe also tell us that pressure on the surface is so high that it causes any wall near a dB source to ooze.
Number of inhabitants? According to the probe, and after a topographic inspection of its surface, the planet H-NRG has one, the eternal guardian of this electrical empire: Jamie Leather.

VISOLUX probe collected his testimony on this part of the cosmos, and transmitted the results to the team remaining on Kepler-129.

De par son aspect électrique et sa vitesse de rotation élevée, la planète H-NRG fait partie de la catégorie TE1822 des astres recensés par la sonde VISOLUX. Autrement dit, sa rotation est si rapide que la gravité produit un champ énergétique faisant apparaitre des éclairs stroboscopiques et incandescents.
Les fréquences sonores recueillies par la sonde nous indiquent aussi que la pression à la surface est telle qu'elle fait suinter tout mur a proximité d'une source de dB.
Nombre d'habitants ? Selon la sonde, et après inspection topographique de sa surface, la planète H-NRG en possède un, gardien éternel de cet empire électrique : Jamie Leather.

La sonde VISOLUX a recueilli son témoignage sur cette partie du cosmos, et a transmis les résultats aux équipes restées sur Kepler-129.

"Once upon a time, in a world wild web far beyond our own, there was a colony of creatures known as the Tazlings. These little creatures were skilled in the art of transmutation, able to change their form and shape at will. They lived in a beautiful forest filled with all kinds of magical plants and creatures.



One day, a human named Donald Dust stumbled upon the Tazlings' colony. He was a greedy man who had been searching for a way to make himself rich and powerful. When he saw the Tazlings' abilities, he decided to capture them and force them to use their powers for his own gain.



However, the Tazlings were not easily taken. They used their transmutation skills to hide and evade Donald Dust's grasp. In his frustration, he turned to the cursed fruits that grew in the forest, hoping to use their dark magic to capture the Tazlings.



Little did he know, the cursed fruits had a mind of their own, and their magic was more powerful than he could handle. As he tried to capture the Tazlings, the cursed fruits turned on him, transforming him into a grotesque creature.



The Tazlings, free from Donald Dust's clutches, were grateful for the cursed fruits' intervention. From that day forward, they made sure to keep their colony hidden from outsiders, using their transmutation skills to protect themselves and their magical world wild web."



Manuel Jesus aka World Wild Web, releases debut LP, "Transmutation," on Enter Planet Dust on April 30th, exploring themes of anxiety, overconsumption and Web 3.0, and includes scrappy guitar anthems and cosmic joints nodding to the global cosmic continuum. Rees landed on Bordello A Parigi with a bang. His “Three Eyes” track left dancefloors slippy and listeners wanting more. Thankfully, the Middlesborough musician only too glad to comply. Dream Wave collects three tracks that are emblematic of Rees’ enviable ability. A serial cross pollinator, genre lines are blurred before being rewritten. “A Dream Wave” melts rich basslines and muscled percussion with a daringly upbeat counter melody. Kick drums usher in “The New Beat”. Flourishes float above the thump before Rees lets loose. Acid barbs, rave shouts and Eastern echoes coalesce in this unique work. Keeping bodies moving until the very end, Rees delivers “Electric Body”. Guitar strings and incising snares collide with a hypnotic synthline that adopts elements of synth pop and full bodied techno. A record that perfectly illustrates the versatility of this style shifting artist.

The wax is ready to be trashed once again as numero 8 drops in our continuing Trash The Wax compilation series.

There are a few folks returning from previous outings with Danny Russell & Ronald Christoph dropping another chopped up disco funk bomb on 'Future's Gonna Get You'. Brian SNR is back with a wicked slo-mo chuggy'n dubby offering on 'Hot Shot' whilst JB Dizzy breaks out the arpeggiators to devastating effect on 'Freak Street'. Gaël De L'lvresse (now just going by De L'lvresse) presents a wicked bass driven infectious romp with 'Field River'.

Elsewhere there are cuts from long-standing friends and members of the Paper family; Joe Morris makes a long awaited return with a great piece of late night smoke and lasers style shenanigans on 'Smoke & Mirrors'. Kooky & Damoon drop more slick disco sounds, From Beyond delivers another cosmic sounding slice of brilliance and Pico takes things all trippy.

From newcomers, we have some jazzy edit vibes from The Secret Soul Society, a classic gets cut up and rearranged by Jahn Solo whilst there's an incredible bit of 80's soul /post disco sounds from Paper Street Soul.
