It was the new moon.
I could not fell asleep.
But very early in the morning
I guess I dozed off for a second
Just before the first light of dawn
 
I dreamed of the shaman and the black panther.
They were coming from above to get me.
They took me to the center of the Amazon forest
For a ritual of sacred plants
 
I drank the nectar.
The plant entered in me.
The shaman was playing his flute
And the panther began to speak to me in symbols:
 
"I am the quiet power endowed with a great capacity for observation.
This ability to observe is my extrasensory ability.
I represent your dark human dualities. Mystery, what is hidden, night and darkness.
 
"There is something Machiavellian in the human psyche."

Zen Drop is my first psychill track and I am really happy to share this creation with the world.

It has been an incredible fun and inspiring journey creating this track, combining psychedelic sounds, different rhythmic elements, a powerful psy-style kick&bass, with indian instruments like tabla and(a heavily altered) sitar, and fusing into it an invitation to sink deeper into yourself, with the guidance of a beautiful a zen koan.

So a psychill journey inviting you to both chillout and dance!

Начавшись на 120 ударах в минуту в психоделик звучании, микс разгонится к своей середине до 126 ударов, продемонстрировав звучание классического хауса, пройдётся немного по минимал и теч хаусу, сдобрив порцией дип техно, к концу замедляясь до 123bpm, вновь уведёт в психоделик транс звучание. Sacraticum presents EARTHJAM in this episode, a live electronic music project with a sound and vibe which is ancient, modern and timeless  at the same time. Live electronic drums are intertwined with didgeridoo, space guitar and psychedelic atmospheres. This  unique blend is calling the listener to dive deep into the inner realms, while their body moves to the  rhythms. Their musical style is a mixture of music genres; from electronic and tribal trance, through  psybient, dub and spacerock they take the audience to a colourful journey.

The band, supplemented by Benny Langfur, recorded this concert in Guatemela in 2023.

Witch Princess is living out her life long love-affaire with the deep, organic, dark and hypnotic sounds of electronic music. With over 13 years behind the decks, Witch Princess is well known for her magical way of bringing the dance floor into a state of dance meditation and euphoria, to take the crowd with her on a musical journey whether she plays on a club, forest party or festival.

Her main sources of inspiration have always been found in nature, fantasy and spirituality. The shadow of a twisted old tree can instantly light a spark of inspiration - a deep need to create a new set, intended to send the listener on a magical journey from the dance floor, through our inner world, to connect with the mystical spirit world. 

«I early discovered that music can take you to a space when the «you» totally disappear, when you fall into a trance and the body releases natural ecstasy, a space of meditation. And I just love to share this wonder with others on the dance floor.» W.P.

Witch Princess is booking manager at Dwell, an organic restaurant and nightclub in Bergen, Norway, booking both national and international dj’s and producers. She is also creating music for different art projects, Dj’ing in Norway and abroad and is teaching yoga and meditation.
