The year was 2368, and the galaxy had fallen into chaos under the rule of the Lizardous Dude. Black ops led 
Led by the Lizardous Dude, the political forces of the Interplanetary Crew developed black ops missions to erase all the free thinking folks around the cosmos. They knew that these were the ones to be worried about when it came to their dominance. Ceising all the music, sound recordings and sample machines, they were slowly killing life and their most pure form of expressions.
Using the terrible Vlocidius black hole fortress as their HQ, they knew that no one would dare to attack them with fear of the unknown beasts that dwell there.
 
No one would ever dare… or so they thought…
 
What they didnt know was that a group of intrepid space pirates was gathering weapons and personnel to embark in the most awesome, epic and mindblowing mission ever planned.
Matt Damon, Impex and Three Padded Lady knew that the only way to get into the Vlocidius was by following the way of the old warriors and use a sonic weapon of such magnetude that it would disrupt all the defences of the fortress.
 
The day finally came and the Space Pirates attacked:
beers were drank, tunes were dropped, legs bamboozed as the fleet entered the Vlocidius hole, and using the sonic weapon as a bass booster, the Interplanetary Crew never stood a chance.
 
Mankind and all the other kinds could now get back to binge drinking, dancing with light beings and share really loud music on spatial venues. Matt Damon got back to his pretend stuff life while Impex and Three Padded Lady started a family in that same fortress they attacked.
 
The Vlocidius became their home and the imensity of beasts that dwell there are now the family members that they never had

Bucky is an absolute machine, and if you know your Future Garage he will need no introduction. We've been fans of his for years and to get this remix out into the world is a source of massive pride for us.

We just want to extend a thanks to everyone supporting us and listening to our music. It does not go unnoticed. 
In 2023 we will be releasing a bunch of music we've been sitting on til the time is right, alongside playing at some events we didn't think would ever happen.

Kicking off the official releases for Phase Records DNB in 2023 is London based duo ‘Premonition’. Premonition have been part of the Phase Records family since it was founded two years ago and have spent that time crafting their sound and refining their abilities as drum and bass DJ’s and producers. 
 

This EP is one that the boys should be very proud of. It is an accumulation of their hard work and dedication which we have witnessed from them these past couple of years. ‘Together With Sound’ is everything you would want from a modern representation of Drum and Bass music. The EP contains exceptional variety, including BPM changes, 4x4, clever choice of vocals and expert level sound design. This release keeps things fresh and exciting with each track. While doing so, it also holds continuity and the running themes of emotion and togetherness through the love of great music. What we know for sure, is this isn’t a mere montage of cool sounds and good drums. This is a collection of four pieces of real, raw music which evokes feeling and tells a story. Not only are we excited about this release, but we are now even more excited to see and hear the future sounds that Premonition will have to offer. This, is truly, just the beginning.

One of the regular labels we feature are Sub-Liminal, a wicked little imprint that puts out a diverse sound ranging from techy rollers to jump-up steppers and even liquidy numbers. This week they've arrived with an EP from Prestige, who, across six tracks, spans various tones and styles, all of them rooted in a sense of dancefloor aggressiveness and all of them top-notch. 'It Must Be Destroyed' is a highlight, its rolling percussive line isn't the paciest but is loping and satisfying, whilst a gargling bass and sweeping reeces sit just above and inject all the force. 'A Snake' is also a wicked track, with a lovely, stripped back drum line that's full of moody sonics. Top stuff.
