Singer songwriter G Solis wrote these lyrics one afternoon as she was reminiscing on her past travels to Chicago. "I love that city so much. Each time I have visited, the cold wind was always there ready to greet me". It was these memories of the winter weather that inspired her to write a song about a love gone cold.
